Application Form

When this form is completed and submitted, it will be sent to the club vice-president of membership. All applicants must have their membership confirmed by an open vote at the next meeting. (No need to have this be of concern since it is a formality).
  • Note: Salford Speakers is the Chartered Toastmasters club that is sponsoring the new Bolton club. When there are sufficient members the Bolton club will split off as an independent club.
  • Enter the name of the person who introduced you to Toastmasters here. If you do not have the name of an introducer or sponsor then leave this blank.
  • Leave blank if you do not have a sponsor
  • Enter the other club and your Toastmasters number here. You may obtain your number from the wrapper of a Toastmasters Magazine or by logging in to www.toastmasters.org with your member's password.
  • Payment of dues

    Once you have completed and submitted this form you will need to complete the application by making payment of your dues. Dues are paid by direct debit. Use the links on the Membership page of this website to pay the joining fee and the monthly fees by direct debit. Please be sure to complete each applicable DD as your application cannot be processed without payment being set up. If this is not possible for some reason then please discuss it at a meeting.
  • Finally, we need to make sure you're not a robot. (Robots make really rubbish speeches).
